*Line-of-sight (LOS) is required to qualify for advertised speeds and pricing. Limited subscription per tower. If you do not qualify for one of our LOS plans, we may be able to offer you a non-line-of-sight (NLOS) service plan. The service technician will review these options with you at the time of your installation. All new internet service plans require a one-time installation fee (payable at the time of your installation). Basic installation starts at $100. Wireless Fiber plans require a $300 to $589 installation fee. Accounts are subject to a reconnect fee of $15 if service is interrupted due to lack of payment. Upon installation customer agrees that they are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment while being leased and agree to pay the following amounts if equipment not returned in 30 days after termination of internet service ($100 router, $250 radio).
